STORAGE AND USE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your mug in perfect condition, wash it by hand with a soft sponge and warm soapy water. Some models are dishwasher safe, but for longer-lasting designs or special finishes, hand washing is recommended. Avoid thermal shock (direct transition from hot to cold) to prevent cracking or breakage. Suitable for everyday use.

If your order arrives damaged or if you notice a problem, contact us within 7 days of receipt. As this is a food product, returns are only accepted if the bag is unopened and in its original condition. In case of our error, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
